Q. Do I need a boaters license?

A. You do not need a boater’s license, however there are a few things you will need. A valid piece of picture ID, a credit card in order to complete a pre-authorization and the ability to read and understand instructions in English.

Q.  Are there age restrictions?

A.  There are no age restrictions for passengers but the renter/operator of the boat must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

Q.  Do I need a credit card?

A.  Yes, you will need a credit card for a pre-authorization before your adventure. Final payment may be cash, credit or debit.

Q.  What size lifejackets do you have?

A.  We have lifejackets to fit 10lbs to XXL.

Q.  What is your cancellation policy?

A.  We require 48 hours notice or the equivalent of a one hour rental will be charged to the credit card used to reserve your boat. There will be no charge if your reservation is cancelled due to inclement weather.

Q.  Can we tow with the boat?

A.  There is no towing allowed with the boats.

Q.  How many people fit on the boat?

A.  You can have up to 6 people on board but for comfort we recommend you limit it to 4.

Q.  Does my credit card cover any damages that may occur?

A.  Credit card insurance does not cover rental boats however we offer an optional Damage Waiver that can be purchased at the time of your rental.

Q.  Where can we stop?

A.  We can show you a variety of options depending on how long your trip will be.

Q.  Is fuel included?

A.  Yes, the first tank of fuel is included. It will last approx 2.5 hours at full speed depending on persons on board, weather conditions and operation of the boat.

Q.  Can we reserve a boat?

A.   Yes, in fact we encourage it.  We want to make sure everyone gets out when they want so booking ahead is a great way to ensure that.
